Update as of September 24, 2025
We are making steady progress following the fire. The debris has been cleared from the store, and the rebuilding process is now in motion.
Clothing that was not destroyed has been sent to a trusted third-party cleaner in hopes of restoring items affected by smoke damage.
Our goal is to have all clothing brought back into the store for identification and pickup once the rebuild is finished. We understand how meaningful these belongings are, and we are doing everything we can to get them back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support as we move forward together. Updates will continue to be shared here on our website.
From the City of Santa Rosa Public Records:
“Based on my investigation and burn patterns observed in the area of origin, the fire is ruled accidental, and the cause is undetermined, however, I cannot rule out the possibility of an electrical malfunction, mechanical failure, or another unidentified heat source.”
